Sun Ithilwen

Sun has been living overseas since November, 2014. A lover of animals and food, it made sense to become vegan. In 2017, Sun’s Instagram food posts were noticed by a restaurant entrepreneur in Goa, India, and she was asked to design the food and menu, as well as train the staff, for the very first full vegan restaurant in the area. As well as India, Sun has lived in Israel, Italy, and Sri Lanka where she has taken her food creativity, as The Bohemian Vegan, with her. When Sun is not eating and creating vegan food, you will catch her feeding and rescuing street animals by finding them forever homes locally and overseas. Sun, now living in Mexico, hopes to inspire others who want to live their life as a vegan, to just get out there and do it!
