This recipe was taken from The Classical Cookbook by A. Dalby & S. Grainger – page 38

Serves 4

Ingredients: 

4oz (1 cup/120g) Flour 

8fl oz (1 cup/225ml) Water 

2 Tbsp (60g) Clear Honey (*any vegan sweetener)

Oil for frying 

1 Tbsp (15g) Sesame Seeds

Method:

Mix the flour, water and 1 tablespoon honey (vegan sweetener) together into a batter. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying-pan and pour a quarter of the mixture into the fat. When it has set, turn it two or three times to give an even color. Cook 3 more pancakes the same way. Serve all 4 pancakes hot with the remainder of the honey (sweetener) poured over and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Ingredients
3.5 ounces Penne Pasta
5 ounces Mushrooms
½ Red Onion
AVOCADO SAUCE:
3 ounces Fresh Spinach
1 Avocado
½ Lime
3 minced cloves Garlic
1,5 oz Parsley
2 tbsp Almond Milk
4 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
It's Amazing!
